This document summarizes typos that appear in published papers. We have found out through research where previous results had to be reproduced.
All theory and results are correct, these typos are honest mistakes in transcribing equations/values from Matlab code.

We apologize to the readers who may have tried to reproduce results and have been affected.

1) In papers # 13, 20, 25 the tables for the LVLH initial conditions have a typo on the y relative velocity: the exponent of the 10 should be -3, not -4.
2) In paper # 17, equation 2 is missing a minus in front of sine of alpha in the first component of Psi, and equation 4, the velocity in x, is missing a 2 multiplying the second cosine.
