Use HW2 code, remove all ground-track lines, and add continuous accelerations (continuous thrust) in the relacc_with_j2 function.

In particular, try this:
1) .001 km/s^2 always pushing in the positive radial direction
2) .0001 km/s^2 always pushing in the positive velocity direction
3) .005 km/s^2 always pushing in the positive h (angular momentum) direction

Integrate for 15 hrs and look at the changes of 3D orbit and orbital parameters.
